Establish a baseline
Use product details, Amazon offers and review APIs to retain timestamped snapshots with stable product identifiers, currency and sample scope. The first run establishes a baseline rather than proving a change.
Compare subsequent runs
Align records by stable identifiers and distinguish price movements, missing data and changes in collection scope. Deduplicate reviews by ID or source text. A review-count change does not mean every new review was retrieved.
